About the Group Organiser Summit

<aside> 🗻 This Group Organiser Summit is a 3 night follow-on Summit for EA student group organisers who are attending EA Global London 2022.

The Summit is organised by the Global Challenges Project in association with the Centre for Effective Altruism.

What are the aims of the Summit?

<aside> 🎯 The aim of the Summit is to connect EA student group organisers and give you tools to boost your student groups’ impact and your personal career plans.

Who can attend?

<aside> 💫 Anyone who is an active organiser/board members/committee member of an EA student group can apply to attend.

Unfortunately we have limited capacity for the Summit so we will have to choose who we accept based on who we think would get the most out of it.

We encourage you to apply even if you are in doubt!

Where and when will it be held?

<aside> 🌳 The Summit will be held at Luckley Farm in the UK countryside. Coach transport will be organised for all attendees from the EAG venue to the Summit and back.

The Summit starts on the next day (Monday) after EA Global ends. Coaches will pick you up from the EAG venue in the morning. The Summit ends on Thursday 21st April, and coaches will drop you back off in London before lunch.

How much does it cost?

<aside> ❔ The Summit (including transport, food, and accommodation) is free of charge to all attendees.

We will reimburse any costs for attending EA Global London; including travel, accommodation, and ticket price.
